Once we’re there, our experts will assess the specific project requirements and determine the necessary equipment needed – we’ll always come well prepared!

PROPOSAL/QUOTATION

We’ll provide a detailed proposal with a quote for the work. We’re always transparent with our pricing. What you see is what you pay, with no nasty shocks or surprises down the line.

JOB START DATE

Once we’ve received your nod on the cost or a signed proposal, we’ll agree a date and time slot that works for you or your business.

RISK ASSESSMENTS/METHOD STATEMENTS

We’ll always provide RAMS and Scope of works to all of our commercial clients.

THE WORK

We’ll arrive on-time (honestly, we will), in clean, branded vans and uniform ready to complete the job at hand to the highest standard.

PROOF OF COMPLETION

Upon completion, we’ll send you before and after photos (in line with our in-house assessment covering policy) with a breakdown and confirmation of the work has been carried out.

INVOICE

Once we’ve finished, we’ll invoice you the agreed quote. Invoices are net payable within 30 days after completion - with an early bird 2% discount of invoices fully paid with in 10 days!

After making our mark in the leisure and tourism industry, we decided to bring our passion for great experiences and customer service into the cleaning world. Once we’d honed our skills in high-level decontamination and environmental cleaning, we noticed a gap in the market for a professional service, but with a more personal touch. Inspired by our experiences, we founded Couplet & Barnes in 2022 – and the rest has been history!
